Refund Policy

• Live Events: Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled live event. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

• On-Demand Courses: Due to the nature of immediate access to course materials, no refunds will be issued for on-demand courses.

Course Completion Requirements

To receive certification for the CEU course, participants must complete all required steps:

• Live Events: Participants must attend 100% of the scheduled course hours and complete the post-evaluation provided by the CEU provider.

• On-Demand Courses: Participants must complete 100% of the course content, pass a post-test, and submit the post-evaluation provided by the CEU provider.

Live Session Recordings

If participating in a live event, participants acknowledge that the session may be recorded and used for future on-demand courses. By purchasing and participating in the live event, participants agree that their image, voice, and contributions may be included in the on-demand video content.

Marketing & Communications Opt-In
